About Clever Sweater
My name is Katie, owner of Clever Sweater. I have been knitting for about 20 years, and inventing my own patterns for about 15. Several years ago I finally started dipping my toes into writing up those patterns more professionally to sell. I love to design pieces that are modern and simple to make. I am a huge fan of garter stitch texture, simple lace/eyelets, and stranded colorwork.
I live in Columbus Ohio with my husband and work at a health insurance company doing user experience research for their website and digital presence. In my free time you can find me knitting my own designs, knitting other people’s designs, and generally doing some Ravelry and Instagram stalking.
